Truffles and Olive Oil Produced in Marulan
If you like to support local producers, George Street Peddlers at 83 George Street, Marulan are now stocking Mali Estate olive oil, grown locally at Big Hill. Mali Estate is a small, boutique family owned olive grove, passionate dedicated to producing the freshest and healthiest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The store also stocks delicious products from our local farmers of Black Perigord Truffles, the TruffleMen. Marulan’s cool climate, fresh air and good rainfall, and rich limestone soil offer the perfect growing conditions for black winter truffles. Their truffles are nurtured in ideal conditions on gentle sloping hills. They grow and develop on the roots of oak and hazelnut trees throughout spring and summer, and slowly develop their aroma and rich flavour through autumn ready for harvest in winter.

Bundanoon Community Coffee and Chat
If you want to get out and meet some new people, and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Osborn House, the Community Circles Wingecarribee group have a couple of meet ups each week, you don’t have to live in Bundanoon … Bundanoon Men’s Coffee & Chat Every Tuesday at 1 pm at Osborn House, the blokes come together for a coffee and a chat! Some days are full of laughs, other times, it’s about those meaningful, one-on-one conversations. With plenty of chairs and smaller groups forming naturally, everyone has a chance to connect. It’s fantastic to see the guys supporting each other, even between meet-ups. Bundanoon Women’s Coffee & Chat Thursdays at 2 pm at Osborn House, the women gather for an afternoon of connection and conversation. If you haven’t been before, it’s a friendly way to meet others and build connections. There’s always room, and smaller groups often form, making it easy to jump in and feel right at home. You can find Community Circles Wingecarribee on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/376697032532460/user/100088579492219/ Note: They tried mixed groups, but at this stage, the numbers weren’t quite there. If you’re interested in a mixed group, they recommend the Bundanoon Walk and Talk—a lovely way to meet people, with a pace to suit everyone!
